I used glimmer mist to "paint" on my layouts...
would love to share this with you.
The Limited Edition kit has some gorgeous chipboard AND glimmermist.
This is what I did:

I sprayed a large amount of glimmermist in a cup

then I used my heatgun to get rid of the water

it leaves you with beautiful gold pigment.

you will have to play a little bit to figure out how much water you want to get rid of... if you leave too much it will all be very liquid and if you get rid of too much you will need a whole bunch of glimmer mist to paint with the glaze.

last step I added glossy accents.

mix it with the gold pigment and you will have a nice thick golden glossy medium to paint with.

I sprinkeled in some golden microbead when the medium was still wet.

Have fun playing!!

Great tip, Mireille! Thank you! I love Glimmer Mists, but rarely use them. I'll have to give your technique a try!

Wow, that's incredible. Someone just gave me a bottle of yellow glimmer mist "to try" and I had no idea what to do with it. Thanks for the tip!

Think the new product of Tattered Angels in the General Chat section of this board - CHA Sneak Peeks- might have this effect.. without the extra work..
